The RoboWeld Experimental Center is equipped with complete R&D and testing equipment, capable of analyzing and verifying almost all welding processes, including those utilizing automation solutions and industrial robots. This includes testing for remote welding, pulse welding, CMT cold metal transition welding, flight welding, laser hybrid welding, laser wire filler welding, laser deposition, three-dimensional laser cutting, plasma cutting, flexible grinding, polishing, deburring, and other焊接技术 processes.

We have over 100 sets of advanced processing and testing equipment, including Bystronic laser cutting machines, Komatsu/Bystronic/Yawei bending machines, Haas/Xinrui machining centers, Xinrui CNC lathes, and Yaskawa/Panasonic welding robots. Our facility is equipped with a spraying assembly line and utilizes industrial robots for enhanced efficiency.
